Customer Return and Warranty Process Guidelines

Thank you for choosing Corner Wearables Ltd. We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. However, should you find any issue with your purchase, our return policy and warranty services are designed to assist you efficiently and effectively.

 

Return Policy

 

General Conditions for Returns

Return Window: Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Condition of Returns: Items must be in new and unused condition, including all original packaging, labels, and accessories.

 

How to Initiate a Return

Request RMA Number: Contact our customer service at hello@trainwithcorner.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Return: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including your name, address, order number, and the RMA number.

If Corner is billed any customs or import charges due to a refused delivery or unpaid duties, these fees will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

Additional Return Conditions (Updated)

  • Extended Holiday Returns: Purchases made in November and December can be returned through January 31 of the following year or 30 days after purchase, whichever is longer.

  • Non-refundable Fees: Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, taxes paid, and any transaction fees charged by the payment provider (e.g., Stripe) are non-refundable.

  • Customer’s Shipping Responsibilities: You are responsible for all return shipping charges and assume the risk of loss or damage during transit back to Corner.

  • Refused or Undeliverable Deliveries: If a delivery is refused by the customer, or the carrier is unable to deliver due to non-payment of customs, duties, or taxes, any associated charges (including import fees, return shipping, handling fees, and carrier storage fees) will be deducted from the refund.

  • Damaged or Used Returns: If an item is returned damaged, used, or missing parts/accessories, Corner Wearables Ltd reserves the right to:

    • Refuse the return entirely, or

    • Offer a partial refund of up to 75% of the original purchase price, depending on the condition of the item.

  • RMA Requirement: All returns must include a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Corner. Returns not accompanied by an RMA, or that do not include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation, may be refused or subject to partial refund as described above.

Refused or Undeliverable Deliveries

If a delivery is refused by the customer, or the carrier is unable to deliver the package due to customer action or inaction (including non-payment of customs, duties, or taxes), the shipment will be returned to Corner Wearables Ltd.

Such returns are treated as customer-initiated returns.
The following charges will be deducted from your refund:

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees billed to Corner Wearables Ltd by the carrier as a result of the refused delivery.

  • All return-to-sender shipping charges applied by the carrier.

  • Any carrier handling, brokerage, storage, or processing fees incurred during the return.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, as stated in our policy.

Customers remain responsible for ensuring that any customs, duties, or import taxes due in their country are paid in order to receive their delivery. Refusal or failure to pay these fees does not exempt the customer from liability for the associated charges.

Refunds for refused deliveries will only be processed once the item has been received back by Corner in accordance with our standard returns procedure.

Faulty Products

If your product has a fault within 30 days of purchase, Corner will cover return shipping costs up to:

£5 for UK customers

£10 for European customers

£15 for Rest of the world customers

Proof of Shipping: A shipping receipt is required to claim back shipping costs.

Additional Return Restrictions

Returns without an RMA from Corner or without all parts included in the original package may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the product's original price or the retail value of missing accessories, whichever is higher.

 

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of Corner’s receipt of the product.

 

Warranty

Warranty Coverage

Corner warrants that the Product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for:

1 year from the purchase date (Global, except EEA)

2 years from the purchase date (EEA customers)

Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not cover software, consumables, or damage from misuse, accident, or external causes.

Unauthorized modifications, use of non-Corner products, or service by non-Corner representatives may void the warranty.

Warranty Remedies

If a valid claim is made during the Warranty Period, Corner will either repair or replace the product with new or refurbished parts or products.

Obtaining Warranty Service

To receive warranty service, send the Product to Corner in its original packaging or packaging providing equal protection, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover liquid damage, damage from non-Corner products, or theft.

Corner is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty.
